All purchases made in our retail store are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Customer dissatisfaction
• Incorrect color, finish, or appearance of an item that was ordered and received correctly
• Items that meet the customer's expectations but are no longer wanted

Please inspect your purchase carefully before completing your transaction.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that is defective due to a manufacturing defect, you may return it within 10 days of the purchase date for store credit only, provided that:

• The original sales receipt is presented.
• The item is returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
• The defect is verified upon inspection.

Store credit will be issued only after the item has been inspected and determined to be defective.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item that is not the item you purchased, you may return it within 10 days of the purchase date for store credit only, provided that:

• The original sales receipt is presented.
• The item is returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

An incorrect item means you were provided with a different product than the one shown on your receipt or ordered.

This policy does not apply to:

• Customer dissatisfaction with the product.
• Color, shade, grain, texture, or finish variations of the item that was correctly ordered and received.
• Items that were correctly provided but do not meet personal preference or expectations.

Additional Information

• Returns received after the 10-day return period will not be accepted.
• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy or shows signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or missing components.
• This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Delaware or federal consumer protection laws.
